Apprenticeships are the perfect way to integrate new employees into your business or company without the delay of extensive classroom training or the risk of having unqualified people on site. SPS offer a variety of apprenticeship courses that will quickly get your employees trained and capable of demonstrating their new skills in their chosen trade, and that can be tailored to suit your specific circumstances. - Construction apprenticeships in bricklaying, roofing, joinery, tiling, plastering and groundworks
- Plant apprenticeships aimed at on-site construction skills and plant equipment operation
- Driver and warehouse apprenticeships concerning distribution and LGV operation

Most of our courses last for approximately one year and all have been expertly structured to ensure that every trainee receives the encouragement they need to become capable and confident in their chosen role. Most training is delivered on the job with classroom sessions to teach the essentials and check understanding.
